🌈 Our Approach
Play-based support helping children build emotional regulation, communication, confidence and everyday coping skills.
Children learn and develop through play. Sessions use play to help children practice skills they need for daily life, including managing emotions, handling transitions, interacting with others and coping with challenges.
Support is practical, child-focused and tailored to each child’s needs.
Helping Children Build Emotional Regulation, Confidence and Connection Through Play

Hi, I’m Katherine.
Early Childhood Professional and Play Therapy Practitioner supporting children through play-based early intervention and Child-Centred Play Therapy.
I work with children experiencing challenges with emotional regulation, behaviour, communication, anxiety and social interaction.
Sessions take place where children feel most comfortable — home, kindy, daycare, school or in the community.
My focus is helping children build the skills they need to manage everyday situations with greater confidence and independence.
