At Milestones for Life, we believe children learn and grow best when they feel safe, understood and supported. Our approach is gentle, child-centred and grounded in play, meeting each child exactly where they’re at.
We focus on supporting emotional regulation, communication, social skills and everyday coping through warm, relationship-based interactions. Every child is unique, and we celebrate their individual strengths, needs and pace.
Our goal is simple:
To help children feel more capable in their daily life, and to support families with practical, meaningful progress that truly makes a difference.

Hi, I’m Katherine.
I’m an Early Childhood Professional and Play Therapy Practitioner who supports children through gentle, play-based Early Intervention and Child-Centred Play Therapy.
I’m passionate about helping children feel calm, connected and confident in their everyday life. My approach is warm, respectful and child-centred, with a strong focus on understanding each child’s emotional world.
I meet children where they feel safest — at home, kindy, daycare, school or in the community — using play to support emotional regulation, communication, social skills and coping with day-to-day challenges.
I have experience across a variety of early childhood and education settings and I support children in ways that are gentle, supportive and aligned with everyday NDIS goals. As a mum of two, I understand how important it is for families to feel supported, understood and not judged.
