Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT)
Play therapy is a form of therapy that helps children express themselves through their natural language of play. Play is a child's language, and by allowing them to communicate through it, they can articulate their thoughts and feelings in a way that is comfortable and natural for them. Play therapy can be used to help children who are struggling with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, social, emotional and behavioural problems.
